How to Use the Front Fork Adjustment Knobs (Tour & Tour Lite)

The Tour and Tour Lite eTrikes are equipped with a front suspension fork featuring two adjustment knobs.

Both knobs adjust the stiffness (soft or firm) of the suspension, but their roles differ:

Right knob (red): Quick adjustment; turning to minimum locks the suspension Left knob (gray): Fine-tuning (micro-adjustment)

🔧 Right Knob (Red) — Quick Adjustment & Lockout

The right knob allows fast, noticeable changes to the fork stiffness:

Turning clockwise → firmer suspension Turning counterclockwise → softer suspension Turning all the way to minimum → locks the suspension, useful for flat roads or climbs

Recommended use:

Quick adaptation to rough or smooth terrain Engage lockout for maximum pedaling efficiency

🔧 Left Knob (Gray) — Micro-Adjustment

The left knob allows fine-tuning of the fork stiffness:

Make small adjustments to achieve the desired comfort level Works in conjunction with the right knob for optimal suspension setup

Recommended use:

Adjust after rough terrain changes Customize softness or firmness for your personal riding preference
