Error 25 – ETrike Has No Power (Other Functions Normal)

If your Meet One eTrike displays Error 25 and the motor has no power, while other functions work normally, this typically indicates a motor system warning.

The issue may be related to the brake sensor or other motor connections.
 

⚠️ What to Check First

Look at the bottom of your display for a circle with an exclamation mark icon If the icon is lit continuously, it confirms the system detected a warning related to motor power 

 

✅ Troubleshooting Steps

1. Brake Sensor Check 
   The issue may be caused by the brake sensor being misaligned 
   Adjust the brakes following the step-by-step guidance in this video: Brake Adjustment Video 
    
2. Inspect Motor Connections 
   Check that the battery and motor cables are securely connected 
   Look for any visible damage on motor wiring
    
3. Test the ETrike 
   After adjustments, power on the eTrike and confirm if the motor restores normal function 

⚠ Always ensure the eTrike is stationary and powered off before adjusting brakes or inspecting cables
