ETrike Won’t Start – Check Battery Power Switch

If you’ve just received your Meet One eTrike and it won’t start, the most common cause is the battery power switch being turned off.

🔌 Check the Battery Power Switch

• Locate the battery power switch on your eTrike 
• The switch has two positions: 
  • “|” = ON → battery is powered 
  • “O” = OFF → battery is off 
• Make sure the switch is set to ON (“|”)

• Once the battery switch is ON, try starting the eTrike 
• If it still does not start, check that the battery is fully charged and properly connected
