Battery Indicator Lights – Red Light Always On

If your Meet One eTrike battery shows lights on the indicator, this is normal behavior.

The color of the lights (red or green) does not indicate a problem. The lights simply reflect the battery’s remaining charge.

🔋 Battery Indicator Details

• 4-Light Battery: 
  • Full charge: 1 red + 3 green 
  • Depletes gradually: 3 bars → 1 red + 2 green, 2 bars → 1 red + 1 green, 1 bar → 1 red only 
• 5-Light Battery: 
  • Full charge: 2 red + 3 green 
  • Green lights turn off gradually as battery depletes Red 
  • lights remain on at all times 

⚠ The red lights do not indicate low battery. They always remain on for normal operation.

⚡ Key Points

All lights off → battery is empty Any lights on → battery has remaining charge (ignore color; focus on number of lights) Battery works normally as long as lights indicate remaining charge

Continue using and charging as normal If unsure, you can record a short video showing the battery lights and send it to Meet One Customer Support for verification
