🚲 eTrike Serial Number

For Breeze / Breeze Pro:

Located on the head tube of the frame Positioned between the front fork and front basket mount Serial number starts with: BZ

For Tour / Tour Lite:

Located on the underside of the frame Just below the left pedal area Serial number starts with: JY

🔋 Battery Serial Number

Found on the white label at the bottom of the battery Located below the barcode
